I first met Indu and Pradeep who run a beautiful homestay in Kerala on my first journey to India in 2016. I loved Kerala from my very first day with its welcoming atmosphere, friendly people, beautiful scenery and delicious, healthy food. Having travelled back to see Indu and Pradeep in January of this year I knew I wanted to offer a yoga retreat holiday at their place by the sea in southern Kannur. It simply feels like ‘home’ there and I would like to share it with you.
Kerala is also the place to experience the healing practice of Ayurveda and to see the ritual art form of theyyam.
