Isle of Wight Weekend Yoga Retreat, UK in 2025

The Isle of Wight is just 2.5 hours by train from London Waterloo Station and the yoga location at Godshill Farm is surrounded by nature amidst a network of footpaths and bridleways which lead through farmland onto the downs and the coast. This yoga retreat is the perfect place for you to relax, slow down and recharge. If you love animals the farm also has rare breeds of sheep, alpacas, llamas, cattle, miniature ponies, horses and dogs.
From late Friday afternoon until Sunday lunchtime, you can enjoy gentle Vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, pranayama, meditation, and the option to receive a massage.
Krista, a well-known caterer on the Isle of Wight will provide us with nutritious vegetarian meals (vegan options available). You won't need to take much time off work and you’ll be back home by Sunday evening, allowing you to spend time with family or to prepare for the start of the next working week. If you wish you can stay longer and visit the famous Botanical garden by the sea in Ventnor on Sunday afternoon.

FRIDAY 26TH
- From 4.00 pm: Check-in and welcome tea, cake and fruit
- 6.00 - 7.30 pm: Yin yoga
- 7.45 pm: Dinner
Saturday 27th
- 8.00 - 8.25 am: Meditation (optional)
- 8.30 - 10.00 am: Pranayama and Gentle Vinyasa Flow
- 10.15 am: Brunch and free time for walking, relaxing or massage
- 5.00 - 6.30 pm: Afternoon Yin yoga session
- 7.00 pm: Dinner
SUNDAY 28TH
- 8.00 - 8.25 am: Meditation
- 8.30 - 10.00 am: Pranayama and Gentle Vinyasa Flow
- 10.15 am: Brunch and time to relax
- From noon: Check-out or trip to Botanical Gardens in Ventnor
