This vinyasa yoga class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Some experience of yoga is useful but not necessary. A slow-flow yoga class with seated, standing and balance poses with a constant focus on the breath. This class is perfect for those of you wanting some movement and relaxation at the end of the day.
