Summer Afternoon Yoga Retreat in Herne Hill, London

This afternoon yoga retreat is suitable for all levels and will feature a gentle Vinyasa flow class followed by a supportive Yin yoga session. We will focus on breathwork, energising the body, and calming the mind, with an emphasis on supporting heart energy and digestion during the heat of summer.

Throughout the afternoon, we will use Doterra aromatherapy oils in line with the seasonal themes, and you’ll receive a complimentary aromatherapy oil to help you through the rest of the summer. We will conclude the retreat with refreshments in the garden.
