Take a moment to pause whatever you're doing and breathe deeply. How are you? We often forget that controlling our breath is the quickest way to calm ourselves down in a stressful situation. A little knowledge on this subject can significantly improve our well-being.
Pranayama, the control of the breath, is the core of our yoga practice.
We'll begin with a gentle yoga warm-up and then explore 5 different breathing techniques - each with practical ways to use them in daily life. You'll then learn a simple 10-minute breathing sequence you can practice daily, followed by a 5-minute meditation you might also like to include in your routine.
Pricing (sliding scale):
Supporter - £25 (if you're able to pay a little extra)
Standard - £20 (for guests/new students)
Community Rate - £18 (for regular online students or those on a tighter budget)
Add on Yin Yoga afterwards from 6.30 pm to
8.00 pm for a whole afternoon of rejuvenation.
