Online classes with a Glasgow-based yoga teacher

Yin yoga is a slow-paced class working with stillness to allow the body and mind to relax. Each posture is floor based and held for 3 -5 minutes with the support of cushions and blankets. This allows for increased blood flow through the joints, tissues and muscles and allows for a greater release and stretch. It is also deeply healing for the body and relaxing for the mind.
Spring into summer is the season to support the heart and the small intestine so each posture will be chosen to nurture these organs and to boost the immune system.
We will finish the session with a long relaxation.
