Workshops are an opportunity to delve deeper into the practice of yoga. With different themes relating to yoga, shiatsu and dance I will explore and expand on your knowledge and experience.

SATURDAY AFTERNOON ONLINE WORKSHOP
This workshop will start with some cooling pranayama techniques (breathing practices) followed by an invigorating yoga practice. We will then settle into an hour of yin yoga focusing on long deep stretches for the organs of summer (heart and small intestine) and end with a final meditation.
