This is a GENTLE FLOW YOGA CLASS. We will start with breath work, a warm up and then work on strength building, flexibility and balance ending with relaxation. Suitable for all levels even beginners.
18.45 ~ 19.45
This GENTLE YOGA CLASS is suitable for complete beginners or for those wanting a slower pace to focus more on correct alignment, meditation and relaxation.
20.00 ~ 21.00
This VINYASA FLOW CLASS focuses on movement with breath to increase flexibility and strength to balance body and mind. Suitable for those with some yoga experience.
19.00 ~ 20.00
This VINYASA FLOW CLASS focuses on movement with breath to increase flexibility and strength to balance body and mind. Suitable for those with some yoga experience.
16.00 ~ 17.00
This is a YIN CLASS for all levels
This class is very restful and relaxing. We hold floor based postures for longer and focus on breath and relaxation.
