Yoga helps to increase energy, strength and flexibility and reduces back pain, chronic illnesses and stress. Fiona teaches yoga to all levels and ages as she believes anyone can benefit from starting yoga at any point in their life regardless of their age, fitness, health and weight. The class flows from one yoga posture to the next combining breath with movement throughout. It is fun, relaxed, sometimes challenging and is suitable for all levels including complete beginners. Fiona is a certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and has been practicing for 15 years. She is grateful for the information and wisdom she has gained from internationally recognised teachers John Scott, Dena Kingsberg, and Max Strom and more recently Sushante Singh and Awdesh Semwal in Northern India.
