Yoga helps to increase energy, strength and flexibility and reduces back pain, chronic illnesses and stress. Fiona teaches yoga to all levels and ages as she believes anyone can benefit from starting yoga at any point in their life regardless of their age, fitness, health and weight. The class flows from one yoga posture to the next combining breath with movement throughout. It is fun, relaxed, sometimes challenging and is suitable for all levels including complete beginners. Fiona is a certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and has been practicing for 15 years. She is grateful for the information and wisdom she has gained from internationally recognised teachers John Scott, Dena Kingsberg, and Max Strom and more recently Sushante Singh and Awdesh Semwal in Northern India.

If it’s not possible for you to find a class time which suits your schedule, or you prefer to be taught on a one-to-one basis or with a few of your friends or colleagues, classes can be arranged to meet your needs.
Private class £75 per hour or £350 per five class block booking.
All bookings are subject to a 24 hour cancellation notice.
